• You may need to submit a past attendance request
• Your supervisor or admin can regularize your attendance
• The system may automatically mark checkout at shift end time (if configured)
Yes, if "Earlier check in" is allowed in your system. The system will note that you checked in early, and this will be reflected in your records.
This depends on your company's settings:
• If Self Attendance is enabled and Geofencing is disabled: Yes
• If Geofencing is enabled: Only if you're within the specified distance from the office location
Your admin controls these settings.
Contact your admin to update the coordinates in Company Settings → Default Latitude/Longitude.
Weekly offs are configured per employee in their shift settings:
• First weekly off (e.g., Sunday)
• Second weekly off (e.g., 2nd Saturday of the month)
These appear automatically on the calendar.
If you need to work on a weekly off:
• Mark your attendance as usual (if self-attendance is enabled)
• Or request your supervisor to mark your attendance
This may count as overtime or compensatory off depending on company policy.
Similar to weekly offs:
• Mark your attendance if allowed
• Your supervisor can mark attendance for you
This may be counted as compensatory leave or overtime.
Half-day can occur when:
• You have half-day leave approved (1st Half or 2nd Half)
• You worked significantly less than full shift hours
Status will show as "HD" in blue on the calendar.

• Regenerate attendance reports
In past attendance requests, you can see:
• "APPROVED by: [Name]" - who approved your request

Yes, in the Leave Application form:
1. Select your leave type
2. Choose the date
3. In the dropdown, select "1st Half" or "2nd Half" instead of "Full Day"
The system will calculate it as 0.5 days.
This depends on your leave type configuration:
• If "Enable Carry Forward" is ON: Unused leaves carry forward to next cycle
• Maximum carry forward limit may apply
Check with your admin for specific leave policies.
• If the leave is still pending approval: Contact your supervisor to reject it
• If already approved: You may need to apply for attendance regularization or contact your admin
Some systems allow self-cancellation of pending leaves.

• Team coverage requirements
• Multiple team members on leave
• Improper documentation
Typically, leave applications should be submitted in advance. For past dates:

• Or contact your supervisor for attendance regularization
Backdated leaves may require special approval.
Leave cycle determines when your leaves reset:
• Yearly: Leaves are allocated once per year (e.g., April 1st)

Set by admin in Leave Type configuration.
Yes, in My Leaves dashboard you'll see all your leave requests with:
• Leave type
• Date range
